Classic Dry Risotto
Riso Scotti's Classic Dry risottos are worth the few extra minutes to prepare. In 15 minutes you can enjoy restaurant quality risotto perfectly cooked every time. Those few extra minutes compared to the Express Risotto allow the more adventurous cook to experiment with the flavours: add some seafood to the saffron risotto, or add shelled broad beans to the Parmesan risotto and top with pan-fried snapper, or perhaps some diced chicken to the asparagus risotto. Each pack contains Italian Arborio rice (close to 90%) together with natural and high quality dehydrated ingredients.

Tip the packet ingredients in to a pot of 600ml simmering water, stir and leave to simmer for 15 minutes (stir occasionally). If you like, for that final finishing touch of indulgence, add a knob of butter and grate in some Parmesan cheese.
